KUNDALINI YOGA & MEDITATION
ABOUT KUNDALINI YOGA
Kundalini Yoga is a specific, and very ancient, type of yoga practice that comes from Tibet and Northern India. Breathwork, mantra, meditation & physical movements are utilized in a precise & prescriptive way, to activate, move & circulate the powerful energy (kundalini) within you. This is a technology that helps you feel sharp, balanced, motivated, full of vitality, and ready for anything.
With consistent practice of kundalini yoga, you’ll notice feeling more relaxed, more clear, more confident, more intuitive and aware, and more YOU.
Unlike other styles of yoga, Kundalini Yoga classes focus more on specific, repetitive movements, breathing exercises, mantra, and meditation, done in a precise manner, rather than on flowing through a series of postures.
THE POWERFUL EFFECTS
Kundalini Yoga works directly with the endocrine and nervous systems to not only create physiological change in the mind and body (balanced brain chemistry, healthy circulation, properly secreting glands, strong nerves), but it works on the energetic and spiritual levels as well, to give you radiance, powerful presence, connection to your purpose, clarity on your true desires, clear, positive mindset, strong manifesting power, and spiritual attainment you can take beyond this lifetime.
All Kundalini Yoga & Meditation classes at Golden Ray include breathwork, chanting, meditation, deep relaxation & sound healing, and all classes can be taken at your own pace and level. Any physical posture can be modified to suit your current state, and listening to the wisdom of your mind & body is always encouraged.

Please bring your own yoga mat & water, as well as any other props or items you may need to feel comfortable sitting in meditation, and lying down to relax.
You can wear whatever you feel most comfortable in—most people wear athletic clothing, similar to what they’d wear to the gym, or to a yoga or fitness class.
Classes start at the time listed on the schedule, so please plan to arrive to class about 10 minutes early, to allow time for parking (there is ample free street parking), and to get settled in.
