Kundalini Yoga & Meditation
Known as the yoga of awareness, each kundalini yoga class consists of simple physical movements, meditation, breathwork, mantra recitation, and relaxation to help you feel grounded, balanced, expansive, clear-minded and more YOU.
Kundalini yoga strengthens the nervous system, balances the endocrine system, tunes up the chakra system, and gives you a workout for your physical body, your mind, and all your energy bodies.
Appropriate for all levels of experience. -
flow + sound bath
Come deeply relax & restore with a gentle flow & an extra long, ultra restful savasana! You'll start with slow, gentle yoga flow designed to help you stretch, recover & prepare the body for deep relaxation, then lie back, and allow yourself to receive the sounds & vibrations produced by various sound healing instruments, including crystal singing bowls, chimes, an ocean drum & the gong.
The soothing tones from the instruments will allow you to drop into a very relaxed state, with little to no effort on your part.
Please bring a blanket, pillow, and anything else you may need to feel comfortable lying down (eye mask, layers, etc.)

goddess circle
Goddess Circles are sacred gatherings for women, in the energy of the New & Full Moons, curated to help you connect deeper to your body & your feminine power, with space for intention setting, reflection, healing & sisterhood.
Each circle is unique to the energy of each moon cycle, and typically consists of gentle movement or breathwork, a guided womb healing meditation, journaling, and sharing.
These circles will help you feel balanced, nourished & empowered, and will help you learn to work with the cycles of the moon, to create a more sacred & intentional life, as a modern woman.
